1. The Presley Gold Car can only be shown in connection with an RCA Victor record promotion, either distributor or dealer.
2. The Presley Gold Car will not share billing with any other attraction.
3. Nothing can be given away during a showing except pictures of the gold car, RCA Victor promotional material or pictures of Elvis Presley.
4. There can never be a drawing or even registering for prizes in connection with the Presly Gold Car showing.
