- The Presley Gold Car can only be shown in connection with an RCA Victor record promotion, either distributor or dealer.
- The Presley Gold Car will not share billing with any other attraction.
- Nothing can be given away during a showing except pictures of the gold car, RCA Victor promotional material or pictures of Elvis Presley.
- There can never be a drawing or even registering for prizes in connection with the Presly Gold Car showing.
