Since no one had been able to get Elvis in the studio for some time now, in February and October 1976, RCA had brought a recording truck to Graceland. All the furniture had been removed, and cables were run into the room behind the kitchen, known as the “Jungle Room.”

Elvis recorded in his “Jungle Room” during two separate sessions in February and October 1976.

These sessions produced the final two albums of his career, “From Elvis Presley Boulevard, Memphis, Tennessee” (1976) and “Moody Blue” (1977).
